CRS General Information

Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out before 10 a.m. on departure
date.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, balances must be paid two weeks prior
to arrival.

Late arrivals must make special arrangements with the office for keys and
all payments must be made in advance.

Two parking permits issued per unit.

For your convenience, we will accept cash, travelers checks, money orders,
and VISA/MC at check-in. No personal checks will be accepted at check-in.

OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO NUMBER SHOWN IN BROCHURE (except children in cribs
or under five years old), STRICTLY ENFORCED.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AIR CONDITIONING, OTHER APPLIANCES, SPA OR SWIMMING POOLS.
There will be no refunds on their failure!

A 12% South Carolina sales and accommodations tax is required on all rentals.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit
will be applied to the total rent.

A $35 booking fee is collected on all reservations.

Please verify property descriptions with reservationist.

We are not responsible for items left in rooms.

Cleaning Requirements: remove trash, place dirty dishes in dishwasher and
start dishwasher, place dirty linens in bag provided, put spreads back on
beds, all other cleaning will be done by Condominium Rental Services.

Linens are not included. You may bring your own or rent through CRS for $22
per each bed (includes towels). Exception: Sands Ocean Club/Baywatch provides
1 setup of linen per bed.

$50.00 Security Deposit Required. Special requirement & deposits for
students.

Memorial Day through Labor Day: weekly oceanfront vacation rentals are
Saturday-Saturday.

Pets. Selected condos are pet-friendly. Service animals are welcome.

Cancellation policy: Your deposit will be refunded less $50 if cancellation
is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. No deposit refunds will be made
with less than 60 days notice.
House Rules
We want your vacation to be carefree and memorable. Please read over these terms and conditions and make sure that everyone in your party is aware of the rules.
- PROPERTY, FURNISHING AND EQUIPMENT. Each vacation condo is privately owned. Each condo has been furnished and equipped to meet basic vacation needs, but no two condos are the same. Please don't ask us to supply additional furnishings or equipment.
- LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. Aside from normal wear and tear you will be responsible to pay the owner for any damages to the property or contents during your vacation residency. A damage deposit will be required on each reservation. The deposit will be returend within 30 days of departure if no damage is found. Please notify our office if you discover any item that needs the attention of our maintenance department.
- LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS. Telephones are in vacation condos for your convenience. All long distance calls must be charged to a credit card.
PLEASE DON'T CHARGE ANY CALLS TO THE OWNER, or a $10.00 per call charge will be added to any toll charges.
- SUBLEASING. This agreement may not be assigned or subleased without prior consent.
- ENTRY. From time to time it may be necessary to enter the condo during reasonable hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care or management of the property.
- CLEANING POLICY. Please follow the cleaning guidelines in the rental brochure so that the family that follows yours will be able to check into a clean and neat vacation condo. Maid Service is available on request at an adddtional charge.
- FAMILIES ONLY. These vacation condos were designed for family use only. Owners will not allow us to rent their property to sororities, fraternities, or unmarried groups. If a house party develops, all vacationers will be asked to leave immediately without refund. This is an important policy that is enforced without exception.
- OCCUPANCY. Occupancy is limited to number shown in brochure; this does not include children in cribs or children under 5 years of age.
- REPAIRS. Condiminium Rental Services cannot guarantee air conditioning or other appliances. If you have a problem, we will do our best to have the malfunction repaired as soon as possible.
- PETS. SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN MOST OF OUR PROPERTIES. SERVICE ANIMALS ARE WELCOME. Call for pet friendly properties. Pet fee $130-$200 non-refundable.
- CANCELLATIONS. Your deposit will be refunded less $50.00 if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. No deposit refunds will be made with less than 60 days notice.
- EQUIPMENT RENTALS. Units do not include linens (except for Golf packages; Sands Ocean Club includes one setup of linens). You may bring your own (sheets, pillow cases, towels, and wash cloths) or you may rent from us for a rental fee. Please notify us well in advance (at least 2 weeks prior to arrival) if you want to rent linens or a crib, etc.
- TERMINATION OF RENTAL. Violation of these conditions and rules may result in the termination of this agreement. Upon notice of termination, you will be asked to immediately check out, without refund. In the event that the owner of the vacation condo elects to remove his property from our management responsibility, we will provide comparable accommodations or a full refund.
- CHARCOALING. Absolutely no grilling on porches or balconies. Use only areas that are safe for grilling.
- ENERGY CONSERVATION. The energy and natural resources that are saved today belong to you. Please turn off all lights, appliances & TV's, and check to see that all water faucets are turned off when not in use. When checking out, leave air conditioning on 80 or heat on 55.
- TENTATIVE RESERVATIONS. During your vacation, you may make plans to reserve the vacation condo again for next year. Owners have top priority followed by this year's renter. If you have not made a tentative reservation by check-out time, the condo may be reserved by anyone on a first come, first serve basis. To make a tentative reservation, come by our office anytime Monday through Friday and leave a non-refundable $50 deposit in our office.
- Campers, trailers and boats are not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed at some locations.
- If keys are lost, not returned to our office when you leave, or not returned to us in time for the next rental occupancy, you will be charged $10.00. The locks to the house or condo will be rekeyed by our locksmith at guest's expense.
