That's right, no more waiting until the last minute for discounts and you can start making payments towards your Advance Year vacation now. We'll divide the cost of your entire vacation condo rental in equal monthly installments so that 2 weeks prior to your arrival your vacation is already paid in full. When you get here all you need to do is pick up the keys. Better still, CRS charges no interest or credit card fees.

Choose between two payment options: monthly via mail, or check or credit/debit card preauthorization.

To qualify for automatic credit card payments, you simply need to provide your VISA or MasterCard at the time of your booking and agree to allow us to schedule payments as detailed above and automatically charge your selected credit card for those payments. CRS charges no additional fees or interest for this service. If you make a payment on your credit card account each month that covers the automatic scheduled payment to CRS, you'll pay no interest at all! E-Z Pay option only applies to reservations that begin 90 days or more from the date of booking. There must be a minimum of 3 payments and maximum of 12 payments to qualify.
